Different Sensitive Crops Have Different Effects on Yield Increase
Humic acid can increase the yield of all kinds of crops, but the relationship between humic acid and crops is complicated, which is related to the effect size of humic acid stimulation and the sensitivity of crops. According to the response and sensitivity of various crops to humic acid stimulation, crops are divided into the following four categories:
C1 - The crops with very sensitivity to yield increase are cabbage, radish, tomato, potato, beet, sweet potato, and so on.
C2 - The crops with sensitivity to yield increase are corn, rice, wheat, millet, sorghum, hulless oats, and so on.
C3 - The crops with general sensitivity to yield increase are cotton, mung bean, kidney bean, etc.
C4 - Insensitive crops like oilseed rape, sunflower, castor oil plant, and flax also depend on the application conditions such as soil, fertility, germplasm, and cultivation.
